How do men come to terms with the forces that hold them back from true happiness and fulfillment and then decide to do the hard work required for real change and freedom?
How do they begin to grow into the thriving, wholehearted men they sincerely want to be

An All In leader is a man who is courageous enough to face what he has been too terrified to admit even exists.

There is a war to be fought, and a victory to be won.
But it is not primarily a struggle against the world -
It is a battle with the self.

“What are you willing to give in order to experience the life that your heart really longs for? Allen Morris’s All In is an invitation to the most wild and dangerous adventure that a man could ever embark on. One that will put his strength and courage to the test, that will reveal his greatest weaknesses, but that will ultimately lead him to discover who he really is and experience the life that he was always created to live.”
Founder and President, WILDSONS
"As head of one of the country’s largest boys’ schools, I see high achieving boys on a path to success and leadership, yet beneath the grades and wins is often an emptiness from a hole they hide and cannot fill . . . and one they may carry with them their whole lives. Full of vulnerability, Biblical wisdom, and practical steps, All In provides a map for men to lean into struggles, setbacks, and sorrows as they journey toward authentic manhood with purpose, integrity, and joy. Read this book if you want to pursue a deeper and more fulfilling manhood."
Head of School, The McCallie School
“It’s rare to find a resource that meets men where they are, dissects the challenges they face, and charts a journey toward redemption. I look forward to sharing All In with men looking for a lifeline during the storm in their lives and walking with them as they apply the message.”
Senior Pastor, Granada Church
Allen Morris, Founder of All In Leaders
Allen Morris, CEO and chairman of The Allen Morris Company, has been surrounded by highly-driven and successful leaders.
In his late twenties, Morris became the CEO of The Allen Morris Company. Under his leadership, the company started by his father grew and diversified over 85 projects and an estimated $8 billion in business volume.
His life took a turn for what he perceived was the worst when he started to experience debilitating headaches. The pain was so intense that Morris went to see a neurosurgeon, who told him he likely had a brain tumor.
Fortunately, the test results were negative, and he didn’t have a brain tumor. However, the experience radically shifted Morris’ perspective and put him on a new journey to self-discovery, where he would go “all in,” to identify the cause of the headaches and create a much more fulfilling, joyful, life for himself.
Today, Morris remains chairman and CEO of his company, and his passion is to inspire, impress, and improve the lives of others with each project they develop, and with his new book, All In: How to Risk Everything for Everything that Matters.
Morris is a husband, father, and grandfather. He lives in Florida, with his wife, June.
